Carmen

Carmen is an energetic and creative facilitator that enjoys the opportunity to provide both one-on-one training and group workshops. She has over 30 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center Management, Systems Development, Conflict Resolution, Individual Skills Assessment, and Training and Mentoring for personal development. Computers have been an integral part of her working life, and included development of billing systems and the preparation of reports, training manuals, procedures, presentations. Since 1997, she has been a self-taught graphic artist, and a few years later moved easily into the world of 3D modelling and has since blossomed into a fully fledged digital artist. Samples of her original artwork work is presently on display at the Nanaimo Art Council and on her personal web site at rainbowtravellers.com. She brings her vibrant visuals to both web design and brochures, books and advertising.

Jane

Jane brings technical skills in computing, programming, the arts and technical/creative writing to Out of the Blue Solutions. Jane has over 21 years of experience as a scientist, primarily in the fields of Earth and Ocean Science in government and academia in Australia and Canada. She is also a self-trained photographer, digital artist, writer and editor. She brings her enthusiasm and passion for words and art to web design, content, and technical/creative writing and editing.
